Returns

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or washed items. Customized Items are also not eligible for returns.

Refunds

In case of return due to damage or defect, customer will have a choice to accept refund as store credits or to the original payment method.
- In case of return due to other reason like did not like the design or colour etc., the refund will be in form of store credits only

Store credits will be credited on receipt and inspection of return item. It will be valid for a month to be used against purchase in store.

If customer chooses refund to original payment method, customer will receive the refund within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement at no extra cost.
