At The Bed Edit, we’re committed to delivering timeless luxury to your doorstep with care and efficiency. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Shipping Within India

Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days post dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1500/-, across India. For orders below ₹ 1500, a standard delivery fee of ₹100/- is charged for each delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for all orders (except customized ones) and can be chosen during checkout. An additional fee may apply for COD.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link to follow your package.
International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned—our global rollout is coming soon!
Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, unforeseen events such as weather disruptions, festivals, or remote pin codes may cause delays. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Return & Exchange Policy
At The Bed Edit, your comfort and satisfaction are at the heart of everything we create. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.
Returns

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or washed bedsheets.

Please click a picture of the package and also a picture of you handing the package to courier partner.

We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge.

Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.

Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition, a refund would not be provided.

Exchanges

Size or style issue? We're happy to help you exchange your product, subject to availability.

To initiate an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.
Refunds

Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition, a refund would not be provided.

Refunds for accepted returns will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement at no extra cost.
