Surmayi Blue is the coolest of the three colourways, with magenta flowers framed by a powder-blue border. Small magenta flowers sit inside a running trellis of sage-green vines, framed by a powder-blue border.
Pure cotton, nothing else — no blends, no microfibre. Surmayi is woven in our Everyday Cotton range using 20s cotton yarn. It is breathable, machine washable and made for everyday use.
Surmayi is screen printed, giving the trellis and floral motifs an even, consistent finish. Crafted in India.
The powder-blue, sage and magenta palette works beautifully against white, cream, pale blue and soft grey walls. For the bed back or headboard, the gallery shows Surmayi working especially well with a teal upholstered bed; cane, warm wood and neutral upholstery are equally easy pairings. Layer with powder blue, sage, ivory or navy cushions, keeping them mostly plain so the trellis remains visible. For the final layer, pair Surmayi with a plain ivory, sage or soft-blue dohar.
Surmayi ships in a reusable cotton bag, which makes it gift-ready as it comes. A Signature gift box is available at ₹499.
Bed linen is one of the few gifts that actually gets used rather than stored, making Surmayi a thoughtful choice for festivals, anniversaries and weddings. It also works beautifully as a return favour for weddings, housewarmings and family functions.
